Ingredients
- Oil-2tbsp
- Bay leaves-2
- Onions-1chopped
- Ginger paste-1tbsp
- fry all of them
- Haldi-1tsp
- Green chili-as per taste(2-3)
- Dalchini-2
- Moong Dal-1/2 cup
- rice-1cup
Instructions
1)Fry moong dal separately
2) Soak rice and moong dal for few minute
3) Put Oil in a cooker add Bay leaves ,onions,ginger paste,green chilli,haldi,salt fry all of them properly
4)Pour soaked rice and moong dal into this,add 3cup of water close the lid
5)Wait for 2-3 whistle
6)Serve hot,Moong dal khichdi garnish with coriander leaves
