• Rice-one bowl
• Oil/Ghee-2tbsp
• Bay leaves-2
• Salt-as per taste
• Edible colour-1pinch
• Cumin seeds-1tsp
• Dalchini-2
• Coriander leaves

1)Soak rice for few minutes and keep it aside
2)Pour oil in cooker add bay leaves followe by rice fry for few minutes
3)Add water around1-1/2 bowl of water to it with a pinch of edible colour
4)cover the cooker with its lids,don’t close and let it cook in a medium flame for around 10-15 minutes
5)when rice is done, prepare oven plate by greasing it with oil,pour rice into this plate
6)put this plate in a preheated oven at 350 F for 10 minutes
7)Take plate out serve hot,garnish it with saute cumin seed+dalchini and coriander leaves
It not only looks beautiful but taste yummy with nice smell
