1.In a large bowl, grind together the cilantro, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste,onion,all spices and salt. Place the chicken in the bowl, and marinate with the mixture. Cover, and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
2.Heat oil in large skillet put cumin seeds+bay leaves+Tomatoe puree after that add premarinated chicken cook for around 1-1/2 hour.
3.After chicken become tender serve in bowl and have it.
