Salad is referred as a dish of raw leafy green vegetables, often tossed with pieces of other raw or cooked vegetables, fruit, cheese, or other ingredients and served with a dressing.
There are mainly three types of salad: Appetizer,Main course and Dessert.I have prepared Salad which fits to all three of this category,it is very healthy because I used all fresh fruit and vegetable.Not even cut them so small which will also reduce its nutritional contents.Dressing is also prepared from fresh fruit only.Its color,texture and taste soothes and refreshes you up to inside.

Carrot-4 just divide each into two
Sweet baby Peas-1/2 bowl
Sweet Corn-1/2 bowl
Cucumber-1 cut into small pieces
Snapea Crisps(Green pea crisp)16
Put all of three in a grinder and grind them properly and keep in a refrigerator
1)Take a plate Place Lettuce in the bottom above that Place Strawberry in the center surrounded by broccoli,cucumber,grapes,carrot,Brussels sprout,Snapea Crisps.
2)Take two complimentary bowls add Sweet baby pea,Sweet corn, Broccoli, Strawberry,two carrots in each.
3)Dress them properly with already prepared salad dressing.
4)Sprinkle powder of black pepper if needed.
1)Two complimentary bowls can be set above two glasses,insert inside carrot
which not only looks good but healthy too.
2)Lime juice can also be used to make it more yummy!!!
