Ingredients

    • Capsicum-2 cut into small peices
    • Chicken 1kg (cut into small peices)
    • Green chillis-4-5
    • Onion 1 properly chopped
    • Tomatoe 2 Pureed
    • Garlic paste 1tsp
    • Ginger paste 1tsp
    • Bay leaves 2
    • Cumin seeds 1tsp
    • Haldi powder ½ tsp
    • Red chilli powder ½ tsp
    • Coriander powder ½ tsp
    • Cumin powder ½ tsp
    • Garam/Chicken masala ½ tsp
    • Salt as per taste

Instructions

1)Take skillet add 1tbsp of cooking oil,sauté cumin seeds,onion,bay leaves,garlic,ginger,tomatoe,green chillis and all spices all together

2)After that add capsicum peices  and let it cook for 10-20 min after that add chicken peices into it cook for 20-30min add some water if it is too thick
3) cook for another 5-10min,keep aside serve hot with rice or roti anything of your choice
