Easy Coconut Ladoo with condensed milk

INGREDIENTS

2-3 cups desiccated coconut
1 can condensed milk,2 tbsp Semolina (optional),2-3 Cardamom,2-3 tbsp desiccated coconut for garnishing,Vanilla Extract-2 drops

INSTRUCTIONS

1)Take 2 cups desiccated coconut in a bowl.Now, take a pan and put it over a low flame. Lightly toast the coconut just for few minutes (do not burn it or change color of coconut)

2)Now,place the condensed milk can in the middle of boiling water for few minutes.After few minutes take it out with the help of tong and pour into the coconut mixture and mix well.Also, add few drops of vanilla extract and cardamom powder.
3)When the mixture is warm enough to touch, make small balls out of the mixture. The mixture will be very sticky, so apply some oil on your hand. At this stage, the ladoos will also look very floppy, but they will harden when cooled. (optional- you can also add 2-3 tbsp of roasted Semolina to it,if mixture is very wet and runny)
4)Now place ½ cup desiccated coconut in a shallow bowl or plate. Roll the ladoos in coconut. Serve.
