Chicken Sausage Puffs
Chicken sausages puff pastry are the perfect yummy sausage recipe snack and an even better appetizer for a parties or potlucks.

1/2 pound chicken sausage
1 cup veggies
1/4 cup chopped onion
2-3 green chilies
1tbsp tomato puree
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp red chili powder
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions, 1/2 of 17.3 ounce package
1)Take a shallow pan and put it on medium heat than add oil wait for few minutes and add cumin seeds wait until it start sputtering.
2)Next add onion and stir for some time until color change to brown now start adding all spices and tomato.
3)When the mixture is all mixed together,now is the time to add your veggies and sausages(cut into small pieces).Cook them by putting the lid on for 10-15min.
5)After 10 min take it out of the flame and let it cool down.
1)Preheat oven to 375-degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly flour.
2)Carefully unfold puff pastry and place on lightly floured parchment-lined baking sheet. Cut lengthwise into 2 rectangles. Create strips by making 1 1/2-inch long cuts 1 inch apart down both long sides of each pastry rectangle.
3)Spoon 1/2 of the sausage mixture down center of each pastry rectangle.
4)Fold 1 pastry strip at a time over the sausage mixture, alternating sides, overlapping the prior strip to enclose sausage mixture.
5)Now spray them with oil spray and bake for 35 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and sausage is cooked through. Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes.
