1 bowl cut paneer/cottage cheese(300gm)
Onions-3 onions chopped
Tomato-4 tbsp puree
Everest shahi paneer masala-1tbsp
Heavy cream-40 ml
Salt-as per taste
1-1/2 cup-hot water
Cilantro leaves for garnishing
Fresh cream-for serving
1)Slice cottage cheese/paneer into small,triangular pieces.2)Heat oil in a pan and add onion and tomato.Stir-fry for 5 min.3)Next,add shahi paneer masala. Add 2 tsp cashew paste,fresh cream and salt.Boil,with 1-1/2 cups hot water.Add paneer/cottage cheese slices.Simmer for 10 min.4)Take down from the flame,garnish with chopped cilantro.5)Serve with a dash of fresh cream.Serve hot with rice/roti.
