Air Fryer Chicken Tikka
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Chicken drumsticks-04-06
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ginger,grated
- In a large bowl or a resealable bag, combine chicken, and all the ingredients Give it a good mix and marinate, in the fridge, anywhere between 1- 2 hours before cooking.
- Preheat Air fryer,adjust temperature to 350 F and press start to preheat.3)Take out the marinated chicken and place them into the preheated air fryer.
- Now again adjust the temperature at 350 F and time for 20 min and start.You can also turn it with the help of tong after every 5 min(caution hot).
It pairs great with Indian Basmati Rice or any kind of Indian bread like Naan or even Pita bread.
