Monday Plan

Here is the list of food items to buy during the weekend /gathers if already available at home and preferably keep chopped and prepped in the fridge to make all these Indian dinner recipes.
 
For Rice
Rice-1cup
Warer-1cup
Cooking oil-1tbsp
Salt-as per taste 

For Paneer Lababdar
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp dried coriander flakes
2 tbsp water
1 tsp lemon juice
5-6 cubes of paneer
1 tsp chopped coriander
 
For Roti
Whole Wheat Flour (Chapati Flour) – 2 cups
Salt – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Oil – 4 tsp
Warm Water – 3/4 cup
 
For Boondi raita
2 Cups Curd (Yogurt)
1 medium bowl Gram flour(Besan)
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin(jeera) powder
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
Finely Chopped coriander leaves
