Instant pot Goan Fish Curry
This is very easy and quick Instant pot Goan fish curry with a little bit of a tangy flavor.

Cook Time -15 mins
Total Time -20 mins

Ingredients
For the spice paste/masala
2 tsp coriander powder
1-1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 – 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
For curry
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 green chili
1 onion(chopped)
1 tomato(pureed)
1 lb fish (Salmon)
1 potato(cut into slices)
2 tsp tamarind concentrate
1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
1)Start a instant pot with Saute setting and add oil and mustard seeds.It may start to pop which is a sign to stop.Next add onion and tomato to it and ginger ,garlic with the salt . Add all the spices.
2)Cook the onion in the oil for a few minutes until it has softened. Cook for a minute or two then add chili and let the liquid almost disappear (a minute).
3)Cut the fish into large bite-sized chunks.Also,make a slices of potatoes.
4)Add the tamarind and coconut milk to the instant pot, mix through. Then put the fish chunks in and cook until cooked through, a couple mins.After,this add potatoes.
5)Close the instant pot lid and change the setting to pressure cook and set for 10 min. After 10 min release the pressure and open it.8)Serve over rice.
