Instant Pot-Palak Dal

Ingredients
1 bowl Spinach(chopped)
1 bowl Split Pigeon Peas (Toor Dal)
3-4 green chili
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp tomato
1-1/2 tsp garlic (chopped)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Panch Phoron (Indian Five Spice Blend)
1 tbsp cooking oil
salt as per taste
1 bowl water
Instructions
1)Wash and rinse the dal. Set aside. Press saute mode on Instant Pot. Add oil and Panch photon. Let them crackle.
2)Add onion,chopped garlic, green chili and saute till onion change to light brown in color.
3)Add tomato puree and mix. Cook for a minute.
4)Next,add all the spice and mix them altogether.Then add chopped spinach and mix.
5)Now add the rinsed dal and give a stir.
6)Add 1 bowl water, mix and close the lid of the Instant Pot.
7)Cancel saute mode and set the instant pot to pressure cook setting for 25 min and also set the pressure knob to sealing.After 25 min,you hear the beep.This is the time to release the pressure and open the lid.Serve hot Instant Pot-Palak Dal.
