Palak Pakora|Spinach Pakora
The Palak pakora|Spinach pakora is a very healthy recipe.This recipe will give you crispy Palak pakora|Spinach pakora which is perfect snack for your evening tea,breakfast or a small friends gatherings.

Ingredients
- 2 cup spinach (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup gram flour
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp mango powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp asafetida (hing)
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- Pour all the dry ingredients, in a bowl ,gram flour ,corn starch, coriander, cumin seeds, chili flakes, salt, mango powder, and asafetida in a bowl. Mix it well.
- Next add chopped spinach to it.
- Add water to make a dough.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. To test, put one drop of batter in the oil. The batter should come up slowly.
- Now start pouring spoonful of batter to the pan.
- Fry the pakora this will take three to four minutes per batch. Fry the pakora, turning occasionally, until both sides are golden brown.
- Repeat this process for the remaining batches.
- Serve Palak pakora|Spinach pakora hot with chutney or your favorite sauce.
