Mango Shrikhand kulfi is an Indian sweet made from hung curd.Shrikand with mango makes it a very delicious.This is very cool, creamy, delicious recipe.Also,putting it in kulfi mold make it more quick and yummy.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe mangoes
  • 1-2 cup hung curd
  • 2-3 pistachios
  • 2-3 almonds
  • 4 green cardamom
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Make mango to paste. Peel the ripe mangoes and cut them into pieces. In a food processor, add the mango pieces and process them until you get a smooth paste.
  • Hang yogurt in muslin cloth for 8-9 hours.
  • In a grinder, add green cardamom pods and blend them into a fine powder. Add yogurt in a bowl. Add green cardamom powder, powdered sugar, half chopped nuts and mango pulp and whisk them well until everything gets mixed.
  • Take the kulfi empty molds and fill it with this mixture.
  • Now place it in the freezer to set about 1 hour.Whenever you are ready take it out and keep in the room temperature for few min.Now is the time to serve Mango Shrikhand Kulfi in the plates out from the kulfi mold.
