  • Slice cottage cheese/paneer into small,triangular pieces.Heat oil in a pan and add onion and tomato.Stir-fry for 5 min.


  • Next,add shahi paneer masala. Add 2 tsp cashew paste,fresh cream and salt.Boil,with 1-1/2 cups hot water.Add paneer/cottage cheese slices.Simmer for 10 min.Take down from the flame,garnish with chopped cilantro.Serve with a dash of fresh cream.Serve hot with rice/roti. Enjoy!!
