Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms
    Onion – 1
    Tomato –  2
    Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
    Chili Powder -1 tbsp
    Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
    Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
    Curry leaves – few
    Coconut paste – 3 tbsp
    Coriander leaves
    Oil – 4 tbsp
    2 cloves
    1 inch cinnamon

Instructions

  • 1)Wash mushrooms properly and chop it into big pieces.

    2)Chop onions and tomatoes.
    3)Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon, when it splutters, add finely chopped onions and curry leaves.
    4)Saute onions till it becomes brown than add tomatoes.
    5)After that add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few more minutes.
    6)Add the chopped mushrooms, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt needed and cook for a few minutes.
    7)Then add a cup of water and cook till the mushrooms are soft.
    8)Finally add coconut paste, simmer and cook for another 6-7 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves.
