This is the easy shrimp curry with coconut milk.This is a perfect curry for lunch or dinner recipe.

  • Oil 2 tbsp,Chopped onions 2 tbsp,Tomato paste 2 tbsp,Ginger-garlic paste tbsp,Dried red chilies,curry leaves 5-6,Salt 1/2 tsp,Tamarind paste 1 tsp,Black pepper 1 tsp,Coconut milk 1 cup,Shredded coconut 2 tbsp,Turmeric powder 1 tsp,Red chili powder 1 tsp,coriander powder 1 tsp,cumin powder 1 tsp ,Shrimp-2 bowl


  • 1)Take a pan add some oil ,when its hot add onions,ginger-garlic paste and cook until light brown
    2)Next ,add dried red chili,curry leaves and add turmeric,red chili,coriander and cumin powder.
    3)Next add tamarind paste,salt and shredded coconut and cook for some time.
    4)After cooking for atleast 10 min add shrimp and again cook for atleast 5 min with closed lid.
    5)Next add coconut milk and cook for atleast 10 min.
    6)Serve hot
