Green Onion Aloo Sabji
Scallions (also known as green onions, spring onions, salad onions, table onions, green shallots, onion sticks, long onions, baby onions, precious onions, yard onions, gibbons, or syboes) are the edible plants.
- Green onions-1/2kg (cut into small) Onion-1/2 finely chopped Potatoes-3-4(cut into small pieces) Green chili-3-4 Salt-as per taste Red chili powder-1/2tsp Tomato-1 Haldi-1tsp Panch Phoran-1tsp Oil-2tbsp
1)Pour oil in a kadai at medium flame put Panch Phoran to it. 2)Add onion,green chili,tomato,red chili,haldi,salt stir them properly 3) Add potatoes and toss to coat with spices 4) Add two tablespoons of water. Cover and reduce to low. Cook for 10 minutes. Add green onions 5) Stir well. Cover, increase to medium. Continue cooking, for 5 minutes 6)When it is done ,remove from stove. 7)Pour Green Onion Aloo Sabji
in a plate with yummy roti.Enjoy Friends
